Abstract

Leonardo Alfonso Sánchez Vanegas' book "Theory of Transformative Learning" introduces a flexible educational model aimed at young people and adults affected by the armed conflict in Colombia. Based on pedagogical theories like meaningful, developmental, and transformative learning, this approach aims not only to transmit knowledge but also to transform students' realities, fostering a critical education committed to social justice. The Flexible Global School Educational Model integrates prior knowledge and adapts to students' realities, particularly in rural and marginalized areas, offering inclusive and transformative education.
