The contemporary world, marked by constant upheavals, crises, conventional and non-conventional wars, North–South inequalities, marginalization, protectionism, and impacts on the environment and mental health—whose consequences for life on planet Earth are already evident, along with the aftermath of the recent COVID-19 pandemic—requires demonstrations of humanism, ethics, and shared values, as well as examples of integrity in the thought and actions of men and women who, from their workplaces and contexts, dignify the culture they represent.
