The journal only accepts original and unpublished manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not simultaneously under evaluation by another journal, book, edited volume, or editorial venue. Originality, novelty, and the scholarly interest of the topic are substantive criteria for editorial admission.

Manuscripts with preprint versions may be submitted, provided that they comply with the provisions of the policy “On the Use and Promotion of Preprints.”

The primary responsibility for complying with this policy lies with the authors themselves, who must explicitly declare that the work is original, unpublished, and not under submission elsewhere.

The editorial team will consider any false statement to constitute a serious breach of editorial ethics.
