Entretextos is an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary scholarly journal established in 2008 as an initiative of the Aa’in research group —Principle Motor of Life—, affiliated with the Faculty of Education Sciences at Universidad de La Guajira. Its editorial focus is structured around an intercultural hermeneutics of knowledge and forms of knowing developed especially in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The journal promotes the publication of reflections, research advances, and research findings aimed at the critical understanding of cultural representations, discursive practices, and forms of thought that shape contemporary debates in education sciences, the social sciences, and the humanities. From this perspective, Entretextos fosters a philosophical, historical, and intercultural rethinking of knowledge, with emphasis on knowledge dialogue, epistemic inclusion, and the situated production of thought.
