Abstract
In this apart is presented the reflection derivate of pedagogical and investigative job, and the management carried out by the teacher Carmelina Paba Barbosa during several decades in several setting, especially in Magdalena University (Colombia). Her academic and research production is outstanding and it has been prominent in the educative field. The last is showed in the formal and informal interactions with differents social actors and herself. Also it gets information of record in personal and institutional files, as well as the revision of her curriculum vitae Cvlac, GrupLac. Since the narrative, document and interpretative configurations have been highlighted her human qualities, big management capacities, leadership, empathy and ethical commitment so the promotion of seedbed’s investigative students. Into the interaction spaces with her, the last has emerged. Every program, project or action energized for her, has represented a light of hope in the comprehension of realities contributing to its transformation. We exalt her labor, personal and professional qualities, and we invite to the people committed with the education, to promote the reflexive pedagogy. Analyzing her trajectory, it allows to value the way of be SER MAESTROS y MAESTRAS, placed in sociocultural complex, field in which there´s no unique and uniform shapes.
